Bali Yoga Teacher Training
& Yoga Holiday
Costs
- Deposit: € 500 (to be paid with your application)
- Yoga Teacher Training Live: €3,200 with discount €2,200 (incl. deposit)
- Yoga Holiday: 40% of your choice of the yoga teacher training – 72 hours of yoga asana, mediation, pranayama and theory tailored to your personal choice: weekly € 450 // 3 weeks €1,300 plus accommodation

- single room € 1,990 / double room € 1,500
- This rate is inclusive of housekeeping, 3 daily vegetarian meals (except once per week in last 2 weeks and on 2 free days meals at your own disposal). Room requests: first come, first serve 🙂 if accommodation is sold out, we move to properties close by
- not included: flights, airport transfers, transfers between destinations, food on free days plus oncee a week last 2 weeks, money transfer costs, extra trips (2 trips for ytt and 3 trips for life/holiday included)
Early Bird (not available right now as the early bird price is the discounted standard rate)
This discount applies when the entire tuition is received by midnight 120 days before the training. Early Bird payments will not be available after that date. Partial payments will not qualify you for the Early Bird discount. There are no further discounts off Early Bird.
Deposit
We require a non-refundable €500 deposit (incl. transfer fee) to process your application. Please pay the deposit directly into the account of Yoga Bali (see account details below). If, for any reason, we do not accept your application, we will refund your deposit. If the trainings does not take place because of below 5 students or Force Majeure, we will refund your deposit. In all other cases, we cannot refund the deposit. We will deduct the deposit from the total tuition of the course.
Individual Payment Plan
We give our students the possibility to create their own payment plan. Vienna students with a YB membership need to pay the entire tuition within 6 months after the training. International students need to complete the payment plan before the end of the training. The deposit of € 500.- is due at the time of registration.
We can only issue the certificate with full payments submitted. We can also send the certificates to you via mail. There is no payment plan for the accommodation which is due latest 60 days before the training starts. Thank you!
Payment schedule
All training fees are due in full 60 days prior to the start of the training. When booking less than 60 days prior to the start of the training, payments are due upon applying.

Transfer Fees
Please note that you are responsible for any transfers and other fees arising out of your payment to us. Yoga Bali is not responsible for such fees. Please add these fees to the total amount. For unpaid transfer fees, we will collect them in cash at the training in addition to bank transfer fees of your payment for your accommodation. We transfer the accommodation cost in one lump sum. We will then divide the fee amongst the students and collect it in Bali. Thank you.
Corona Regulations
Please check attentively all Indonesian government corona regulations regarding your entry into Indonesia (vaccinations, exemptions, PCR or Antigen tests, mask requirements) with your embassies and airlines BEFORE buying your ticket.

Cancellations
Yoga Bali reserves the right to cancel the yoga teacher training if necessary. If we have to cancel the training (e.g. less than the minimum amount of 5 students, Force Majeure, Corona), we will issue a refund (including your deposit) or change it to the next possible date with your permission. Your own cancellation or termination of training needs to be received in writing by us (e.g. via email) in consolidation with the deadlines below:
Investment Return Policy (exclusive deposit)
- Up until 2 months before the training – 100% return (excl. deposit)
- 2 months until 1 month before the start of the training – 70% return (excl. deposit)
- 1 month until 2 weeks before the training – 50% return (excl. deposit)
- after 2 weeks before start of the training – no return
Cancellations after the training has started
If you cancel your training for private, health or work reasons after the training has started, you may finish the training in another Bali Yoga Teacher Training, without any extra costs. (As long as yo have paid the standard cost) The commenced training is due in full, there are no returns of payment once you have started the training
What is not included in the fees?
Airport Transfers, destination transfers, transport for extra excursions, entrance fees for temple and dance, food in restaurants, costs incurred during excursions (but 2 excursions are included in your fee), massages, therapists, transfer fees from one accommodation to the next. (except for trips that are included).
Mandatory Attendance & regular practice for yoga teacher training (not life training)
The mandatory presence is 90% of all direct contact classes. Please be be present and participate in all classes at the best of your abilities. If this is not the case then you cannot be certified. If for whatever reason you are not able to participate in the classes, Yoga Bali will work with you on a one-on-one basis to find a solution. It is your responsibility to sign up BEFORE every class. If you do not reach the 90% , we cannot issue a certificate and we will work out an alternative plan for you.
Additionally we recommend a daily yoga practice at home minimum 2 months before and “for-ever” after the training 🙂
Waiver of liability during the teacher training
Students participate in the training/holiday at their own responsibility and at their own risk. Yoga Bali has requested full travel insurance for the time of travel in Bali, Indonesia. Yoga Bali and all accommodations /villa we choose or any of the mentioned companies’ staff (now named as “we” in this paragraph) are not liable for the loss of clothing items, valuables and other personal belongings unless our participation can be proven. Students use the services we offer at their own risk. We are not liable for accidents and any resulting injuries or for injuries resulting from improper execution of exercises and asanas. Our liability for damages to personal property or material objects is limited to cases of intentional damage or severe neglect.
Others
We reserve the right to change the location of the training, the accommodation, the program and the teachers spontaneously without prior notice!!!
The minimum number of students for the training is 5 students. We will cancel the training, and issue a full refund (inclusive of your deposit), if we receive less than 5 registrations.
We reserve the right not to hand out a certificate to students who did not follow the rules and missed more than 10% of the course.
Terms & Conditions & the costs of the accommodations in Bali

Cancellation / Refunds
We will refund the deposit in full, minus a USD 100 administration fee, if the reservation is cancelled 90 days prior to arrival.
Reservations cancelled less then 90 days prior to arrival are subject to forfeiture of deposit.
Final payments are non-refundable
Additional Guests
People other than those in the Guest party set forth below may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Hirer and will be charged extra per night.
Loss or Damage
The Hirer is responsible for leaving the Villa in good order and condition. The Hirer further undertakes to pay for any loss and/or damage to the Villa during the Hirer’s occupation of the Villa. The accommodations reserve the right to repossess the premises if the Hirer or a guest of the Hirer has caused damage to the premises.
No Flame Policy
Burning of any type of materials, including but not limited to incense, candles, mosquito coils, fireworks, or any type of smoking is strictly forbidden in all building of the accommodations, including terrace, adjacent outdoor areas, bathrooms, and living/dining areas.
Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of this rental agreement and no refunds will be given. Electric mosquito coils, flashlights, and rechargeable lanterns are available for each bedroom if needed
General Terms & Conditions
The accommodations, its owners, and employees are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities and are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or it’s facilities along with any other others whom they invite to use the premise.
The accommodations shall not be liable to the hirer for any failure to perform any obligations under this Rental Agreement due to causes which prevent it from fulfilling its obligations under this Rental Contract which are beyond its reasonable control and of a nature which it neither has the power or authority to remedy, including without limitation, acts of God, acts of civil or military disturbances, power failures, fires, floods, epidemics, wars, riots and acts of terrorism.
The accommodations will not provide refunds where the Hirer or any of its guests do not hold appropriate level documentation or if they miss their flights or travel connections.
It is the hirer’s and the guests’ sole responsibility to ensure that they comply with the Laws and Regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, and the accommodations take no responsibility for any acts or omissions by the Hirer, their guests or invitees that are illegal or breach any Laws or Regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
The accommodations reserve the right to immediately terminate this Rental Agreement and repossess the premises in the event the Hirer breaches one or more of the Terms and/or Conditions herein.
By accepting this reservation, the hirer and their guests agree to the terms and conditions of the accommodations
